LOST LUGGAGE (Baggage Tracing)
If you have lost something on the plane or if your luggage has not arrived at your destination, please contact your respective airline or its representative (handling agent).

LOST PROPERTY ON THE AIRPORT PREMISES
If you have lost something or found items on the airport grounds, please contact the Lost and Found office. The area of responsibility covers the entire airport grounds; lost property from airplanes, cabs and streetcars is excluded.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To pick up a lost property item, you will need a valid photo ID, the date of loss and a precise description or proof of ownership.
A handling fee must be paid when collecting a lost property item.
If the lost property is picked up by a third person, a power of attorney and a copy of the owner's valid photo ID must be presented. Here you can download the power of attorney for the collection of a lost property.
The company operates on the basis of the legal provision: § 978 BGB lost property in public authority or transport institution.
